The service and return policy were commendable. Unfortunately, the product did not meet quality expectations, so I can only express gratitude for the good intentions and hope that the core product improves in the future. It deserves another chance due to the courteous and helpful support team.
I placed an order for holiday calendars over the phone due to a technical issue with the website. I intended to order 100 calendars for corporate clients, but we only received four. When I called to review the recording of my conversation, I was told that the online order was only for four boxes. As of now, we still do not have calendars for our clients. We will not use this service again.

Thank you for not responding to my complaint. There was no explanation or apology. The company processes orders through a questionable third-party, which complicates payments. Despite informing them that payments should be transferred directly, they do not follow through. Additionally, they have not compensated for designs that were used without permission.
