Visual have just completed an extension for us with bi-folds etc. Very competitively priced, came in way under one of the bigger firms that were trying it on! Lead time was quick and it was like clock work.Daryl the sales guy was really helpful, he said he’d never had a client as thorough, asking tons of questions etc but was more than happy to revisit everything more than once including all the designs etc.From Graham and his lad the builder, Mark and Steve the fitters and Jason the joiner and the plumber and sparky, literally all turned up one after the other and in turn for first and second fix etc. Richard the project manager kept us updated all along the way and couldn’t have asked any more of him.
