We have an extra height all glass extension, bifold doors and stable door installed by Visuals completed last week. From planning to finish, the team had gone beyond and above their service. It was tricky because we were at Hull, so the whole team needed to travel minimum of 1.5 hours everyday to get to me. But they always showed up on time. They did an amazing work in a short span of time. Steve Brewer provided a superb service in planning the whole project. Steve Cooper, who is the director, came to personally meet us and did measurements. It is very rare that the director of the company will do that. Richard who is the main building coordinator communicated all the work that will be done. He was honest and helpful. There were some issue with the pipes, but he sorted it promptly. The guys who did all the ground work were all incredible - Dave and his team, Sam and Dean, Eric and his team, Joe the plumber, Lee the electrician and Mark who finished everything up. All did an amazing job. I am very grateful! The price was also reasonable and affordable compared to other companies we asked. Would highly recommend Visuals. Thank you!
