I placed an order on a specific date, and to this moment, there has been no delivery confirmation, no updates on dispatch, and no replies to my emails. The dispatch speed is unacceptably slow, and the lack of communication exacerbates the experience. For a company of this stature, I anticipated much better customer service and efficiency. Regrettably, this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've encountered, and I cannot recommend this service based on it.
