The vitamins I ordered were not sent to the correct delivery address. Unfortunately, the customer service team has done little to effectively address the problem. This situation has consumed a lot of my time, and I have formally requested to register a complaint.

I am genuinely disappointed with this product. I purchased it during a promotional offer, hoping for something worthwhile, but I wish I could return it. The taste and smell are incredibly off-putting. Upon opening, I was overwhelmed by a foul odor, and the flavor is just as bad: a sour, artificial aftertaste combined with a strong fishy hint. My children couldn't even tolerate them and spat them out. I tried one myself and found it quite unpleasant. It's a real pity as the concept is good, but execution is lacking. I cannot recommend this at all.
