Payment taken, delivery damaged, no customer service response

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review, as I have generally had good experiences with this company. I placed an order on a specific date, expecting delivery shortly after. When the delivery date arrived, I received a notification stating an attempt was made, but I was home and no attempt was actually made. The next day, I discovered the package was damaged in transit, and the tracking showed it was returned without my consent. I reached out through the company's website for a new delivery but received no response. After multiple attempts to contact customer service, I was only directed to an answerphone with no chance to leave a message. I'm giving them until a specific date to resolve this issue regarding my replacement order, or I will take further action to retrieve my funds. While I understand that mistakes happen, the way this has been handled is unacceptable.
