I emailed them within ten minutes of receiving the bank notification, but they took 48 hours to respond, during which they continued packing my order. Their reply indicated that it was too late to cancel. It feels like just another company that wants you to forget about your order so they can keep charging you. I clearly stated that this was a one-time order, and I had hoped to continue using their service, but not anymore.
