They used to have wonderful shipping and fast customer service. Last order had several items missing, no packing material, the inside of the box was filthy, and the items that did arrive were unusable. They refunded the damaged items that arrived but the missing items they disputed and have not refunded. They are responsible for missing items. Terrible customer service.
