Terrible company and terrible customer service! Apparently my order had been canceled without any kind of notice and I found this out when I called to check on its status. The guy I spoke with was really short and not helpful at all. Maybe he should rethink his career choice. I asked for an email showing the refund and he told me no, it'll show up on my credit card. That's fine, but I wanted confirmation proving it! He told me to contact the manufacturer myself to get more information.... I ordered it from Vitaglo, not directly from the manufacturer. NEVER do business with this company!
