I wish I would have read the reviews on this site before I made my purchase. My brother has been using them for years and hasn't had any problems, so I thought I'd be ok...boy was I wrong. I purchased my order nearly 3 weeks ago and my credit card was charged 2 weeks ago. Customer service is awful - I've sent them two emails asking them what the problem is and just called them to see what was going on. They were extremely rude and said that they are "working on it". When asked what that meant, they didn't really have an answer. Since it was a food item, I asked what happens if it shows up melted, ruined, etc, and they told me that it wasn't their problem - I should take it up with UPS. They hung up before I could ask any other questions.
