If I could give zero stars I would. This cowboy operation should be shut down. Don’t order anything from them! My order took months to come, I tried to cancel it before it came and was told I couldn’t, tried to return it when it finally came and was told it came under one of their many exceptions for returning so couldn’t be returned, even if you were allowed to return it it needs to be sent back to Dubai at a cost of £66, websites like this should not be allowed to operate in UK, it appears to be a UK based shop with GBP prices and turns out they are over in Dubai doing what the like and cant be held to account. The only comfort is I’m not the only one who has been done by them although I wis I had seen these reviews first!!!
