I have used this company before and got the same great results. It is worth every dime, and it isn't that expensive considering the service they offer and it includes out of state research/info and shipping. $93 for two certified documents and got my order in a week.
I filled out all needed info, send uploaded documents, they say they are processed, then I get an email saying action is needed and something is missing. The account showing nothing missing, and there is now way to resolve it as they won’t say what is missing. This is a scam allowed by Maine government. They are no BBB verified and yet they show an image of BBB on their website.
I was amazed at how quickly they delivered the documents; I expected it to take weeks, but they arrived at my home just two days after placing the order. This was remarkably fast. For anyone needing a birth certificate from Georgia, I highly recommend ordering through the local vital records, as it is much quicker compared to the county process.

I received multiple emails with varying arrival dates. I'm unsure if the delay was due to increased holiday packages or weather conditions. Fortunately, I was home when the package was delivered outside my door, as it was raining, and I doubt the mailing envelope is waterproof.
