I placed an order for a birth certificate, and I have submitted my passport multiple times to confirm my identity, and I keep getting emails saying "unfortunately you need to submit a government-issued ID like a passport" etc. Of course it takes them minimum 5 business days to review any documents, so a process that I assumed would take minimal time and effort is now turning into a looping nightmare. I have reached out to their support and have not received a response. I was an idiot and paid extra for things like "expedited" shipping and such (DO NOT DO THIS, IT IS A LIE AND A SCAM).
