The wild Alaska salmon, scallops, and sablefish are delicious. In the height of summer heat, all orders arrived frozen rock solid in dry ice, and each portion is flawlessly shrink wrapped to avoid freezer burn (except for the scallops which are loose in the bag but frozen solid and still loose after immediately transferring ALL fish to freezer).
