So after my last review their complaint team called me not sure why but basically the same nonsense that my GP did not provide information, yet the first person said they needed the discharge summary from A&E where I was only there for about 2 hours, then they change again to say oh no we need the GP to say that I have not complained about this issue or is there anything in my past medical history that could cause this. So these crooks basically are looking for something that they can say well actually your GP said you have this to avoid paying out. Vitality is a disgrace and I will be proceeding to escalate this, this is people lives you are all playing with but you don't care about that just as long as you keep collecting monthly direct debits. pure BS.
