Had to call vitality today to unfortunately begin a claims process. Sue was extremely kind considerate and empathetic, she put me at ease and explained the processes clearly so I understood what I need to do where I need to go etc. just what you need in uncertain times is someone to steady the ship and say right this is what you need to do.
