VitalPBX software is pretty good until you get an issue. If you are using this as multitenant and making a business out of it. I would seriously consider looking elsewhere. Case scenario: Few issues on some tenants and some global issues. Affecting business so reach out to VitalPBX for assistance. You might as well be talking to a wall. Some of their new agents repeat the same question although been answered, some one else will come on the ticket and ask the same thing again. takes anything from 1-3 days for a reply. Ask for a call to explain, they ignore or again ask the same baseline questions. I have been using vitalpbx now for around 4 years and up until we had an issue. it was great. I am unable to move the business forward using this software and currently looking for alternative that has support. especially when paying $250 per server and about to start setting up HA so need additional licensing etc.
