As users of the first versions of VitalPBX, we were able to appreciate the good initiatives in many aspects of the platform, and we collaborated with some of them as well. As time went by, it was understood that the vision was to provide "added" value versus other solutions, of course with profits like any business. The decision that I consider marked my disillusionment with VitalPBX was to restrict the basic functions that any other open PBX solution has, extension and call limits.I recommend that they resume the honor they owe to users and collaborators by offering something open for use with the option to grow with add-ons.
