No refund received

Having purchased some goods in April and subsequently not accepted them from UPS because the import fee which I was not aware of - I contacted Vitamin 360 to explain and request a refund. It is now nearly 4 months later and no refund received. The company are still claiming that UPS have not returned the goods yet. Appalling customer service and an intent not to refund. I cannot believe it takes UPS 4 months to return a consignment.
