This we site is scamming people they took 25 euro for the supplement and they said because you weren’t responding we returned the package back which is lie because i was at home nobody called
I emailed you requesting the supplement and asked you to resend it, but I did not receive any response. Instead, I was refunded only €0.90, while the original price of the product was €25. When I called customer service, I was told that this is your company policy. I do not think this is fair. I paid €25 for the product and did not receive it properly. Refunding €0.90 does not solve the issue. Please review my case and provide a proper solution as soon as possible.
Vi ho inviato un’email chiedendo di rimandarmi il supplemento, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Invece, mi avete rimborsato solo 0,90 €, mentre il prezzo originale del prodotto era di 25 €. Quando ho chiamato il servizio clienti, mi è stato detto che questa è la vostra politica aziendale. Non ritengo che sia corretto. Ho pagato 25 € per il prodotto e non l’ho ricevuto correttamente. Il rimborso di 0,90 € non risolve il problema. Vi chiedo gentilmente di riesaminare il mio caso e fornire una soluzione adeguata il prima possibile.

Absolute scam, do not use this website. My package was not delivered, because the address was incorrect according to tracking information (not true, i provided correct address), and i was given a refund, which was less than 1/3 of what I paid. What an absurd company! Take accountability for your mistakes and poor business decisions, like choosing the worst currier service in existence.
Very bad experience. I was charged 17 euros for not picking up the parcel on time. I asked the shop to send the parcel again and pay for new delivery costs but they stopped responding and as said charged me 17 euros…. I paid 78 pln for the product and shipment and after my product was returned to the shop I was reimbursed only 3 pln (less than 1 euro!) really bad customer service.
I had a very disappointing experience with Vitamin360.My order (placed on 23/11/2025) was supposed to be delivered on 27/11/2025, but due to courier redirection to a pickup point in another town (despite available pickup points in my town), I was unable to collect it. I do not drive. As a result, I only received my package in January, more than six weeks late.When the order finally arrived, one of the vitamin products had an expiration date of 12/2025. I bought it for a three-month supplementation, but because of the excessive delivery delay, it was already unsuitable for its intended use. While technically “within date”, the remaining shelf life made normal use impossible.What is most disappointing is the company’s response. Vitamin360 refused any refund or replacement, repeatedly stating that delivery delays are the courier’s responsibility and that their terms and conditions exclude compensation. They showed no willingness to acknowledge that customers should receive products that are fit for purpose when delivered, not just when dispatched.I would not recommend this company based on poor delivery handling, questionable stock practices, and a complete lack of customer-focused resolution when problems arise.
AVOID - I did not receive the order and the company refuses to refund money. Very negative experience, I paid extra for express delivery and the items were not delivered on the stated date, UPS their nominated courier lost the items and Vitamin360 doesn't the responsibility for the process. They are just happy to take the money and when package leaves their warehouse, it's the customer's problem. They were dragging the issue for two months with a view that I would give up and get off their back. Shocking customer service.
This was my second order. The first one went fine, without any problems. With the second one, there were delivery issues. Instead of the promised 5 business days, I waited 15 business days for my order. I had to actively correspond with support. Support also responded inconsistently.I can't say I have confidence in the quality of service. The product itself is fine. Everything matches the description.
100% perfect no problems with this company. Delivered my order communicated via email slower than next day is that why people have rated them low. I had a worry once I had placed my order and no sign for 5 days read the reviews worried then, 7 days and my order arrived perfect item well packaged 100% perfect
Do not buy from this shop under any circumstances unless you want to get scammed.I paid over €40 for a product that was never delivered. Despite signing multiple forms confirming the issue, they are now refusing to refund my money. This has been a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this store unless you’re happy throwing your money out the window.!!!
