Disappointing experience this time

I've ordered from this company multiple times before, and the products were always great with prompt delivery. However, my current order is stuck. I'm told the items are out of stock, even though they show as available online. I've been offered full refunds by two different representatives, but nothing has been processed. They even suggested I reorder, which makes no sense if the items are out of stock. While it's clear that issues can happen with online orders, the real test is how customer service resolves these situations, which can turn a one-star review into a five-star one.
