Previous orders were good, but this time disappointing

I've ordered from this company several times before, and the products were always excellent with quick delivery. However, my current order is stuck. I'm being told items are out of stock, even though they seem available on the website. I've received offers for a full refund from two different representatives, but nothing has been finalized. They suggested I reorder, which makes no sense if the items are out of stock. While it's clear that issues can arise with online orders, the way customer service addresses these problems is what sets apart a one-star review from a five-star one.

Delivery issues need attention

I've been ordering from this service for several years. I've pointed out the oversized boxes they use for shipping, yet my items still arrive in those huge boxes. Why is that? Also, why do they continue to use the courier service that delivered our package last night, which we found under the car this morning? They claimed it was left in a safe place 'Garage.' This is typical of that courier service—very frustrating.

Felt cheated

I placed an order in July, which was delivered fine. However, in August, I received another order. I called to cancel my subscription, and they confirmed it. Then in November, I received a debt collection letter from abroad for an amount I was unaware of. They claimed to have sent reminders that I never got. My account is now closed, and I will be opting for a more reliable healthcare service in the UK. Be cautious with this company.
