I placed a £75 order for two products on 22nd October and was charged immediately. By 1st November, I hadn’t heard about my order, so I emailed to follow up. I was told one item was unavailable (although still listed for sale at a higher price). After some polite back and forth, a refund was issued for the unavailable item on 11th November, and the other item arrived on 22nd November. While the end result was satisfactory, I won’t return as a customer.
