Like many others, I regret not reading the reviews before placing my order. The delivery fee seemed too good to be true compared to a well-known provider. After weeks of waiting, I received notifications from the postal services, but then my parcel encountered an 'incident.' Despite my efforts to get a refund, I have had no success. I strongly advise against using this service!

I’ve seen some negative reviews here, and yes, I had to wait for my order. I understand it’s coming from abroad. I did have to email to inquire about my order's status, but the communication has always been outstanding, even at late hours. I consistently receive my orders for hard-to-find products, making me very satisfied with this service after several years of ordering.
I’ve read previous reviews and hadn’t received my order after 14 days. I contacted a representative this morning, and by this afternoon, my order was processed and on its way. I’m giving 5 stars for professionalism and prompt action. While I can’t speak for others, my experience has been very positive.

I placed a £75 order for two products on 22nd October and was charged immediately. By 1st November, I hadn’t heard about my order, so I emailed to follow up. I was told one item was unavailable (although still listed for sale at a higher price). After some polite back and forth, a refund was issued for the unavailable item on 11th November, and the other item arrived on 22nd November. While the end result was satisfactory, I won’t return as a customer.
I had a very different experience. I ordered on 11/11 for a birthday on 25/12. Since it hadn’t arrived, and worried by the reviews, I reached out on 19/11. I explained my concerns about the birthday, and I just received my product today, 21/11, and it’s exactly as expected. A very happy customer here!
I became worried when I hadn’t heard about the dispatch of my order, so I contacted customer service. I was told I would receive it by the end of the week, but I didn’t get shipping info until I specifically asked. The goods arrived today, as promised, though the package was slightly damaged.
