The process at the desk was very easy, although some signs in the parking area were broken, which made it slightly difficult to find the rental space. We were advised to park only in designated spots. Pick up and drop off were smooth, especially since we opted for full insurance to avoid issues. Finding the car in the dark was a bit challenging, but overall it was a good experience.
