I had a terrible experience and i would recommend to avoid the. I made a mistake not reading other reviews ahead of booking the service. In my case I was charged excruciating fees for light scratches which already existed on the car - 1700 euros. I have a strong suspicion that they knew what they are doing. They asked me directly "do you have a full damage insurance" (which I had) to which they said "don't worry you will claim it back. Pleade avoid them and read other testimonies.
