This is by far the worst car rental company I ever used. I rented a car and, instead of the one I requested, I got a smaller one at the same price with a trunk unable to hold two suitcases. This was just the beginning. When I returned the car, after waiting half an hour for someone to inspect the car he was able to find a 2 mm scratch at the bottom of the driver side door and charged me some $500 for the repair. It seems that this company makes its money with such dirty tricks so be aware. Absolutely miserable service. Rent from a reputable company, pay $50 more and avoid such fictitious charges.
