Bad experience: Panda rented 29/03-06/04/2024. We made lots of pictures but apparently not enough because when returning the car, the renting agent indentified very quickly (too quickly to be honest) a damage on the underbody of the car what made us doubt about the integrity of the rental company. Who takes pics of the underbody?? For sure this damage was prior to our rental.Fortunately we had good insurance (not from Vitarent but RentalCover) which reimbursed us for the minor damage (€635 anyway), while deploring that some rental companies have fraudulent practices to be reimbursed several times for the same damage by successive customers without ever repairing.
