A family member is using Vitas Healthcare for their services and unfortunately, they are not having a positive experience. While they advertise 24-hour assistance, I found that they were not able to respond promptly to my calls or inquiries with the excuse that they where in a meeting. This was frustrating and left me feeling unsupported during a difficult time.In addition, several appointments that were changed without notice or rescheduled without any noticed. This caused rearrange the schedule for a very sick person and was inconvenient.Overall, we found that the service provided by Vitas Healthcare was not as promised. It appeared that they may be understaffed or overextended, which resulted in poor communication and lack of support.🙁
