This is our first experience of Vita student accommodation, the building my son is in is adequate and well located for his needs and the staff on site are very friendly and helpful. My issues are with the sales team, the way that these guys deal with the process is terrible, my son has been in the accommodation now for 2 months and is now being pressured in to sorting his accommodation for next year. The staff here will say that there is no pressure but bombarding students with emails creating a situation of panic that they may miss out on their room for next year or prices will increase with the ridiculous dynamic pricing system they quote is just a terrible way to treat students, especially when they have just moved to a new city, have the stress of trying to find part time work along with doing their studies. I am afraid if your child is looking to stay here prepare for the pressurised selling and creation of a panic situation. Absolutely disgusting how they approach this giving out specific days/times to log in and try and secure your accommodation at a better rate for next year as the longer you leave it the dynamic pricing will kick in! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
