Around the 5th of October, I made a transfer to rent a room in Barcelona for 5 months starting in February. Because the building isn't finished yet in February, they asked me if I wanted a refund and I said yes. They have sent me multiple emails saying they need some personal information because they have been required to conduct increased monitoring under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations. They asked me this three times already and I gave them everything they need. I still have not received an update or refund. The two employees that helped me pick out a room are not reachable through Whatsapp anymore. I am very disappointed that grown people use students like this.I hope people that are planning on going there read these reviews and change their minds.
