Absurd cancellation policy and unjustified, unethical room renewal contracts.Vita requires full payment on booking regardless of when the booking is made with the only option to cancel being you finding a replacement tenant to supposedly take over the liability. In addition, despite their policy unequivocally states that full refunds will be provided should the tenants fail to confirm their offers at the university for which the rooms were booked, there have been numerous cases where this has been proven otherwise.The overall experience with Vita can only be described as ‘doggy’. I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a uni accommodation steer clear of it.
