How on earth can you demand a whopping full payment of ~£13500 for an entire year, even if we had the decency to cancel our accommodation booking a solid 2 months before the semester kicked off? It's downright outrageous!And don't get me started on the audacity of asking us to hunt down another student to play substitute! As if we're your recruitment agency! Never mind the fact that we were told there'd be a mythical "long waiting list." Well, newsflash – there should be an army of students eager to snatch up a substitute spot for the room!We are NOT, I repeat, NOT here to bolster your profit margins. The nerve of making the £600 deposit non-refundable at the time of booking is bad enough, but the real kicker is the lack of proper information about this utterly unacceptable and unreasonable policy! We were coerced into shelling out the deposit without a shred of a comprehensive explanation on this blatant rip-off right from the get-go.Dear fellow students, I implore you – steer clear of this accommodation nightmare. It's nothing short of a trap set by profit-hungry vultures masquerading as a housing provider. You deserve better – don't let these swindlers take advantage of your hard-earned money and well-being.
