I placed an order for a knife and ramen bundle on May 17, 2024, with an estimated shipment in October 2024. After delays, I finally received a tracking number on January 29, 2025, but no actual shipment occurred for weeks. I sent multiple emails with little response, aside from one indicating they were overloaded. My package shipped on March 13, but I had already spent over €400 on this order and the shipping cost.
