The product is delicious, but the shipping times are quite lengthy. I've placed around a dozen orders with the company since their initial crowdfunding campaign. I enjoy all the flavors, and while the texture of the noodles differs from traditional ramen, that's expected due to the nutritional content. I can overlook the shipping delays since it's a small business producing made-to-order items. However, the shipping can take months rather than the few weeks promised, so it's not advisable to order if you're on a tight schedule or moving. They did reach out to me once regarding an item that was out of stock and arranged a substitution.

However, the actual shipping timeline is more like several months rather than the few weeks initially indicated. If you have a deadline or are in the process of moving, it’s best to avoid ordering.
The order processing speed is terrible. I’ve been waiting four months for my order. While I understand that items are made to order, it’s frustrating that they allow orders to be placed when fulfillment takes so long. They should stop accepting orders if they can't handle the demand. In the past, I received my orders within a month, but this time has been unacceptable. They continue to advertise new products while failing to fulfill existing orders.
On February 10, 2024, I decided to support a content creator by ordering a knife bundle, fulfilled by the company. Little did I know the ordeal ahead. After a month, I received an email saying it would arrive in June, which I accepted as reasonable. But as August 2024 came and went without any shipping notification, I reached out for an update. They cited staff shortages due to illness, which I understood. Eventually, I was told my order was still processing and was placed on a priority list. However, as September passed with no updates, I inquired again, only to learn they were waiting for a restock. Fast forward to November, and I was still waiting. After numerous emails and delays, I was told the quality of the new batch wasn't up to standard. By February 2025, a year later, I received a discount offer on the knife I ordered, but still no resolution for my order. I feel foolish for being patient, and despite receiving a gift card, I doubt I will ever purchase from them again. Today is August 2025, and I'm still without my knife and out £350.
From the product page to checkout, there was no indication that this was a pre-order, nor that it would take at least 2-3 weeks to ship. Customer support has been non-responsive for over a week. I am now considering a chargeback.
I placed an order for a knife and ramen bundle on May 17, 2024, with an estimated shipment in October 2024. After delays, I finally received a tracking number on January 29, 2025, but no actual shipment occurred for weeks. I sent multiple emails with little response, aside from one indicating they were overloaded. My package shipped on March 13, but I had already spent over €400 on this order and the shipping cost. Despite wanting to enjoy my experience with the company, the long wait and lack of communication have been disappointing.
This company seems disorganized and shows a lack of respect for its customers. Expect your order to be delayed by months. If you inquire about your order, you’ll receive an automated message filled with excuses, suggesting that their delays are just standard practice, while condescendingly implying that complaining won’t help. I set up a subscription in October 2024, with my first order arriving a month later but nothing since. My last email mentioned a processing date of February 5, but weeks later, I’m told my next order is now scheduled for April 6, which I doubt will be fulfilled. They won’t let me cancel my subscription either.
