This company seems disorganized and shows a lack of respect for its customers. Expect your order to be delayed by months. If you inquire about your order, you’ll receive an automated message filled with excuses, suggesting that their delays are just standard practice, while condescendingly implying that complaining won’t help. I set up a subscription in October 2024, with my first order arriving a month later but nothing since. My last email mentioned a processing date of February 5, but weeks later, I’m told my next order is now scheduled for April 6, which I doubt will be fulfilled. They won’t let me cancel my subscription either.
