I enjoy all the flavors, and while the texture of the noodles differs from traditional ramen, that's expected due to the nutritional content. I can overlook the shipping delays since it's a small business producing made-to-order items. However, the shipping can take months rather than the few weeks promised, so it's not advisable to order if you're on a tight schedule or moving. They did reach out to me once regarding an item that was out of stock and arranged a substitution.
