They insist it’s custom-made, claiming they can only offer a 50% refund. Reminder: it’s just a flat piece of plastic that looks nothing like their website image. After threatening to leave negative reviews, they agreed to refund my full amount, which I have now received. I strongly urge this service to improve their product descriptions to avoid false advertising.
