The item I received was nothing like what the company advertised as a custom Whiskey bottle. It was cheaply made with just a label slapped on, not handmade as claimed. I reached out for a refund within the specified period, but received no response despite multiple attempts. There’s no phone number to call. This company is untrustworthy. It's ironic that they responded to a negative review but ignored my refund requests. Their excuse about using labels does not justify the blatant misrepresentation of the product on their site.
If I could rate them 0 stars, I absolutely would. This feels like a scam, so please be cautious. I ordered a 3D tree topper for $35 and received a cheap piece of flat plastic with a diagram. They insist it’s custom-made, claiming they can only offer a 50% refund. Reminder: it’s just a flat piece of plastic that looks nothing like their website image. After threatening to leave negative reviews, they agreed to refund my full amount, which I have now received. I strongly urge this service to improve their product descriptions to avoid false advertising.
I reached out multiple times for updates on my order. Eventually, the seller informed me they no longer have the product and cannot issue a refund due to payment system issues. Now, they are unresponsive when I inquire about the refund process; this seems like fraud.
I ordered an advent calendar in early October for Christmas. I was repeatedly informed that they ran out of materials and that delivery would be delayed. It finally arrived on November 30th, but upon opening, I found flat, cheap plastic ornaments instead of the 3D ones I ordered. The character names were also incorrect. I contacted them about this, and they offered a 50% refund while asking me to keep the calendar. After waiting for the refund, I received no response and was told to open a dispute claim for the refund they initially offered! They even blocked me after that. I had to escalate the situation to the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this company; they are a scam. After posting a negative review, they finally responded but ignored all BBB contact attempts and my emails. They never issued the promised refund and offered no guidance on the dispute process. If you deal with them, you might be lucky to receive your item, but it won’t be what you ordered. Their customer service is terrible. I followed up as they requested, but it was just a publicity stunt. I’ve received no further response. It's been a week. I would give a negative rating if I could.
