Extremely frustrated with their billing department. I closed my mobile contract two months ago, but they are still sending me invoices for 'hidden' fees that were never mentioned. Every time I call, I wait on hold for ages only to be told I need to visit a physical office. It feels like they are intentionally making it hard to leave. Technology is okay, service is terrible
