I prepaid 100 BGN on a 20 BGN/month plan. They then block the number after the 1st bill and says I have to pay the bill. Then I say I cannot as I cant receive sms-codes from the bank when they have blocked my number. Lady says it not their problem even though I made almost 5 months of prepayment.This is the worst customer service ever. Dont use this company for anything - there must be better companies there offering the same without this horrible customer-service.
