I'm from the UK and attended Viva Gym, Via Augusta, in Barcelona for a couple of days when I was there for a weekend. When I was making the payment for two days, they convinced me to pay for the whole month, because they said it would turn out cheaper. I made it clear that I would be using the gym only for two days, but they turned it into a membership/Subscription and kept taking money from my account every month. I had to call the bank several times to cancel the direct debit and despite all assurance from the bank that this wouldn't happen again, they still managed to take another payment from my account. Currently, I'm in contact with my bank wasting time, money and energy .I don't recommend this gym to anyone.
