I bought the Round-Toe Knee-High Platform Chunky Wool Wedge Boots (Eduarda) and the Unisex Sneaker Sliders (Urban) - Wool. I really hoped that those shoes would be the solution to my everyday walking routine, but it turned out they aren't... I carefully read the instructions about the size measurement, and I even contacted their CS for advise, before purchasing the correct shoe size. The boots were extremely tight on my feet (I don't think a bigger size would have solved anything, as the big toe had enough space at the front of the boot) and the sneaker was the right size, but my feet were coming off at the back while walking and they caused wounds on my heels. So I had to returned them. First of all, the procedure wasn't as smooth as it had to, as I selected to be refunded and return the products but the I got an email for store credit. So they do some kind of a mischief there to begin with! I had to contact their CS again, in order to get that corrected, and the fact that their CS is indeed responsive (in oppose to other brands) is the only reason I leave a 3-star review, instead of a 1-star. They helped me on how to returned the products, but in the end I lost like 30 euros, because the cheapest option to ship their shoes back cost about 60 euros and I got a shipping return fee of $30 in total.
