I’m a new customer to VIVAIA, and what makes me want to come back—despite the price being a bit steep at times (which is why I usually shop the sale items and joined the membership)—is the quality. The shoes are washable, durable, and truly long-lasting. The colors really pop and instantly lift my mood, reminding me that there’s more color and joy in life.
Vivaia shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have found online. I wear a size 10, usually flats or chunky heels. These shoes are stylish, come in a plethora of colors, and are easy to keep clean. I am ordering more Vivaia shoes to take on vacation due to their versatility. Did I mention that the company offers free shipping and great sales too!
Vivaia has been a trusted supplier. Not everything I order fits well, but that's the risk from buying online. Just be mindful that each shoe style may result to a different shoe size. So I've learned after buying the nth pair. I got my 12th and 13th pair of shoes from the recent delivery and I'm very happy with the items, the packaging and the speed of delivery.
I absolutely LOVE my new cloth ballet flat shoes. I have a hard time getting my size and even when I can get a size five, they run large. These are true to size, comfortable, and really pretty. I will definitely buy more shoes from this company.

I ordered them and received them promptly and in secure packaging. The delivery was reliable, but also the quality, style, and fit. I was totally in love with this shoe and have worn it consistently.
This satisfaction and enjoyment of walking in comfort led to the next short purchase of the square toe lace up satin sneakers, coincidently also in black. Bullseye again. I was immediately pleased with the style, fit, comfort, and versatility of the foot ware. I wear these with a certain degree of frequency and can always anticipate a compliment. I wear them knowing that I have a quality product that will be part of my wardrobe for a long time to come.
VIVAIA shoes wear well and offer both comfort and unique style. The variety of styles, textures, and colors are masterful. No matter what shoes you may select, you can count on having a comfortable and versatile fashion statement. The compliments are a bonus.
My only recommendation is regarding the navigation of the website itself. I would love to see a more organized format that didn’t require the necessity of starting at the beginning of the textual product lineup every time you opt to view a particular shoe in greater detail or to determine its availability. My only other comment is that it appears that production is not keeping up with the demand. Often sizes and styles are unavailable. This may very well be an indication of the existing popularity of the product, but it is none the less frustrating for a would be purchaser.
VIVAIA foot ware is without qualification, a quality product that delivers customer satisfaction and a high degree of enjoyment on a predictable basis.
