The shoes I ordered are very comfortable. I have one pair of heels and one pair of flats. They are probably the most comfortable shoes I have had. The second pair because it was velvet was a little bit less perfect than I wanted to (some part of it has small streaks that you can comb back, so not an issue) but super comfortable. No issue with delivery etc.
