I own, as of today, 8 pairs of Vivaia shoes and boots. They are absolutely wonderful! I have bunions (one on each foot) and also like to dress fashionably. Their footwear is attractive and comfortable. AND their customer service is tops! I put on a pair of boots for the first time and the zipper proved defective. No problem- I was asked to provide pictures of the boot- perfectly reasonable. And within one day, received confirmation that they were issuing me a credit and provided options re: how I wanted the credit (replacemement item or $ to my credit card). In every way, they are now my go-to for footwear fashion. PS: I have spent far more $$ on shoes that were advertised as appropriate for my feet- Vivaia is the best value of all- in terms of $, fashion, and service.
