I ordered shoes in size 48, but they sent me size 44. According to the return policy, the company claims they will cover return postage for their mistakes. However, my attempts to obtain a free return label have been unsuccessful. Initially, they offered a 15% refund if I kept the shoes, which later increased to 30% after I raised my concerns, and then to 50%. Even after referencing their own return policy, they insisted that I must pay for return shipping to another country. I am now escalating this matter to trading standards.
