I still haven't received the money I won from the game and have been waiting quite a while. I reported the issue on 11.11.2025, and as of today, 27.11.2025, I have yet to receive my winnings. This is a serious warning! On 3.12.2025, I requested the payment of my 404 euros, and still, nothing has come through! Be careful with this service! I can provide more information if needed. As of 10.12, I still have not received a response about my withdrawal request.
This is a complete scam. I signed up for a welcome offer, placed my qualifying bet, and was then asked to verify. After verifying my account, the bonus never appeared. I was told to wait four days because the 'marketing' team doesn't work on weekends. The support team has no authority to help. I raised an issue on a Friday, and by Sunday, my bonus was still not added. They refused to assist further, claiming to have contacted the relevant team, which was not working. They denied my requests for ADR information and to speak with a manager. It’s clear all the five-star reviews are fake. They took days to resolve even minor issues and were incredibly slow. They added the wrong bonus and then refused to address the problems caused. Customer support is very poor, with only one or two competent agents across the entire site.
This is definitely a scam. Once you win, they repeatedly try to verify your bank account. Do not use this service. I have verified my bank details five times, and each time I win, they restrict withdrawals, claiming I need to verify again. This is a scam.
