After two years of completing surveys for this panel I found that I could not log onto their site, I have sent numerous emails and customer service requests to them for which I have had no reply. After a few days the logon screen stated that my account had been blocked. On checking the information on the FAQ's it stated that there may have been fraudulent activity on my account. This is clearly an appalling way to treat an individual who has provided honest and thoughtful responses to surveys. I am considering demanding a subject access review to ensure that they will delete all my personal data appropriately as trust is clearly fundamentally destroyed.Edit: Matter above has now been resolved and I am receiving good quality customer support on the panel and many interesting/rewarding surveys to complete.
