This company scams people I placed my order on 2/4/26 I never received my order . I have emailed them several times only to be told to be patient . I let them know I was no longer interested in waiting for the order it’s now 3/29/26 I still do not have my order. This company is stealing from consumers buyer be ware do not purchase a Glucose Monitor form Vivitic you will NOT receive your order you get the run around when emailing them there is no phone number to call them because they are scammers . I will get my money back my bank has filed a claim against the scammers !!!!

This company is a criminal organization I paid for a product and it been over a month and a half I have not received my product. Also the product was $27 and they charges me $40+ the FBI need to know about this I don’t even know how YouTube gave them the platform to advertise their criminal organization
Just gone to log in to my account only to find - like so many others have previously experienced - that my account is unexpectedly blocked either because I asked for my account to be removed (no I didn't) or because of possible fradulent activity in filling out surveys (most definitely not on my part). Just recently I've also noticed that the login page is not secure which is really strange when you are entering sensitive email and password details - be aware of this everyone! Over the years I've had lots of completed surveys not added to my account and also had money wiped when told I've not filled out surveys regularly enough even though I've been on to the website and tried to fill out new surveys only to find myself screened out time and time again. Also seems unfair to members to set a time limit on completion and take away money when the company makes a point of advertising itself as a place where members can earn money doing what they want at a time WHEN they want...which clearly is a huge misrepresentation of the truth. Vivatic also asks for full paypal account details to be handed over when you sign up which is highly unusual. What's more worrying is if, like me, you find yourself unjustifiably blocked from the website you have no way of checking that your account details are removed from the company's database. Would honestly not recommend this company...there are loads of far better survey companies out there.
I'd been doing surveys with them for a while and clocked up £10. However, when I went to sign in recently my total was down to zero. Where had my money gone? Apparently, I hadn't signed in for two months so THEY TOOK MY MONEY and I have to start again. I call this theft. They call it part of the contract. Furthermore, it takes a long time to accumulate the money and you have to work very hard for it. I would say they are bordering on a scam and would not recommend them. I've been doing surveys for years and I am signed up with several companies. This is by far the worst I've come across. Just don't bother. Go for a walk instead. In fact, do anything but sign up with them.
I've been doing surveys for a while and done quite well with some sites. With these people, you answer some questions to see if you qualify for a survey, then they say you don't qualify but would you like another so you answer some more questions to see if you qualify, and again you don't. After months I have still earned nothing from them. If this was your experience would you think they were legitimate? No. Nor do I.
